This week Barb and I are experimenting with alternate ways to apply color to foam stamps for mixed media. Barb is using the new Art Nouveau foam stamp designs with acrylic ink for some organic variegated color and I am applying color in very specific areas of the design with Stabilo Woodys.

This week I am creating some fun dotted gel prints with my stencil called Halftone Dorothy. This stencil was made to give you the effect of punchinella without the seams.

For Today’s Tidbit Barb from Joggles and I are playing with Posca Paint Pens on the gel plate and just enjoying the process. These pens are acrylic paint and opaque, they look amazing over a black ghost print, working directly on the gel plate much like an adult coloring book
